This is my first try at this target and I really like it. Very intricate dark nebula structures to work. The image below is the result of 5 hours exposure time, Ha,30:600. OIII and RGB to come next week, I'm looking forward to that color data.

The Owl Nebula M97

Although the Owl Nebula can not be seen with the naked eye, a faint image of it can be observed under remarkably good conditions with a small telescope or 20×80 binoculars or taking 8 hours of images!

The Lion Nebula

The Lion Nebula, also known as Sharpless 132 (Sh2-132), is a bright emission nebula located in the constellation Cepheus. It's a region of active star formation, characterized by the presence of young, hot stars that emit intense ultraviolet radiation. This radiation ionizes the surrounding hydrogen gas, causing it to glow in the characteristic red color of hydrogen-alpha emission.
